Makes about 10 pieces
INGREDIENTS:
150g Glutinous Flour
300g Grated Coconut
150g Sugar (I'll reduce this if I make it again next time)
(kak rose guna 100gm je - terpulang pada masing2 la ya)
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
100ml Coconut Cream (kak rose omit this n gantikan ngan sebiji telo)
METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Pour a big scoop onto non-stick griddle/pan (can also oil it a bit too). (I used egg rings to ensure even size n nice round shape) Flip frequently until cooked.
