80gm gula icing
1st esen vanilla
4 st coffee emulco (boleh guna capucino)
220gm tepung gandum cap rose
80gm tepung jagung
25gm serbuk badam
Hiasan
coklat cip dan almond nib
Cara...
Pukul butter dan gula icing hingga kembang
Masukkan esen vanila dan esen kopi pukul lagi hingga rata
Masukkan tepung andum..tepung jagung dan serbuk badam.Gaul rata
Masukkan adunan kedlm piping bag..yg telah di pasang nozzle bintang.
Hiaskan dgn coklat cip dan almond nib
Bakar selama 10 min dgn suhu 150C.
