salam dan selamat petang suma.... wah ari ni kak rose buat kuih sagu bronok ..... ni first taim buat kuih dan menjadi..... suker sangat.... nampak je senang nak buatnya tapi kekadang ada biji2 putih mata ikan tu lagi.... tu yang tak berapa yakin bila nak buat .... tapi guna resepi kak Hanilieza ni sangat puas ati.... menjadi dengan elok.... mintak izin nak tepek resepinya kat sini ya.... nak buat rujukan lain kali kalau nak buat lagi......SAGU BRONOK
Bahan-Bahannya:
1 cawan sagu biji
3 cawan air
1 cawan gula
1/2 biji kelapa parut [muda] ]
sedikit garam ] gaulkan rata
pewarna merah
daun pandan [simpulkan]
Cara
1. Sagu biji dibersihkan, jirus dengan sedikit air dan toskan airnya.
2. Masakkan gula dan daun pandan dengan air hingga hancur dan mendidih. Buangkan daun pandan.
3. Masukkan sagu serta pewarna merah kacau hingga sagu kembang.
4. Bila sagu kembang angkat dan masukkan dalam loyang. Sejukkan
5. Setelah sejuk dipotong dan gaulkan dengan kelapa parut yang telah digaulkan garam.
6. Hidangkan.
suker sangat bila 1st time buat terus jadi..... walaupun kuih yang begini simple kadang2 ada glitches jugak buatnya.....
