selamat malam semua.... rasanya dah lama tak letak lauk yang kak rose masak kan.... macamlah ada orang nak tau apa yang kak rose masak?.... sebenarnya masak tetap masak walaupun tengah berdiet.... diet pun nak makan jugak kan.... cuma kurangkan pengambilan nasik je.... kalau dulu awalnya kak rose langsung x amik nasik, sekarang ni dah mula nak berbalik keasal.... tapi beringat2 le.... amik nasik dalam portion yang sedikit..... nak jugak kekalkan pencapaian yang kak rose dah capai takat ni..... kira sekarang ni nak maintain je la.....masak lemak cili api ikan bawal dengan kacang bendi ni kak rose masak semalam lagi.... cuma x postkan kat sini..... nikmat sungguh dapat makan gulai yang berlemak2 ni.... dan lemak akan segera kembali berkumpul dibadan yang sedia bambam nih..... camner la nak maintain kan... apa pun tetap sendiri mau ingat.... setelah berusaha selama sebulan and go down by 6kg.... harap boleh kekal at this weight, tapi dalam kepala macam2 benda nak makan sebelum menjelang bulan posa yang hanya tinggal 2 minggu je lagi..... huiiiihhh kenalah banyak bersabar!!!!!
