salam semua...... ah.... hari ni kak rose bz sikit..... bz buat apa ya?.... entahlah atau saja membzkan diri.....sebenarnya tadi lepas masak untuk lunch kak rose g kerumah yang telah dikosongkan oleh penyewa yang sengal tu.... cabut gitu jer dengan x bayar sewa rumah! dah lah tu segala langsir yang kak rose sediakan pun diangkut sama..... bila call asik voice mail jer.... sah lah dah x nak jawap call kita!..... jadi rumah tu kak rose biar je kosong pada mulanya.....rasa serik pulak bila dah jadi cenggini.... bila dah dekat sebulan kosong.... tadi kak rose g tengok2 apa yang patut dan kemaskan sikit.... pas tu tampal notice untuk disewa. rupanya laris sungguh rumah untuk disewa ni ya..... kalaulah duit tu jatuh macam daun getah gugur, maunya beli rumah banyak2 kasi sewa kan!!!! huh... berangan! nak beli sebuah pun tercungap2 ni kan pulak......so pas tampal notice tu kak rose pun balik rumah... tak brapa jam pas tu ada banyak call yang nak sewa..... x nak jadi macam dulu kali ni kena berhati2 sikit lah.... ada yang terus datang rumah untuk nego dan terus kompem esok gak nak masuk! bila dah setuju kita g tengok rumah..... balik terus kak rose emailkan surat perjanjian dan kejap ni called nak prepare bayaran untuk downpayment dan sewa sekali!.... at least terubat jugaklah ati yang kena tipu dengan budak sengal tu!..... wati dan yanna, jagalah rumah tu macam rumah sendiri ya.... dan selamat berpindah.
