selamat tengahari semua.... masih dalam diet mode.... kenalah bersabar kan.... kalau kadar penurunan itu sangat sedikit.....selepas 4 hari dan kadar nya sangat lah sedikit... (
nak senangkan hati sendirik jek)... anggaplah itu sebagai satu cobaaan untuk meneruskan cabaran untuk mengurangkan lemak2 dibadan yang begitu banyak terkumpul.... degil sungguh dia tu.... nyah kau dari badanku.... tapi apakan daya.... masih payah nak mendisiplinkan diri.... ada saja yang kantoi bila tengok menu yang sedap2 tuh..... adoiiiii..... ni lah menu kak rose untuk hari ke 4... dan masih berusaha untuk mencapai target.... x lah banyak sangat tapi memadai kurang dari yang sekarang.... anyway kita perlu berusaha kan... no shortcut to losing weight! cabaran untuk diri sendiri.
menu bekpes pagi semalam.... salad telor je dengan air kosong....
untuk lunch pulak.... isi ayam goreng dengan kacang buncis..... ni masak banyak sbb kongsi dengan abang.... kak rose makan sikit jer + sup sayur + air kosong. dinner nya lupa lak nak snap gambo sbb dah lewat.... is better to have a dinner before 7 kan .... or 9? jadi siap je terus ngap x ingat apa dah.... tp cuma makan ikan goreng + ayam goreng kecik je + air kosong. hope for more reduction by tomorrow... Insyallah.
