Selamat malam suma..... hari ni kak rose nak mulakan progress berdiet.... so obese kan compare to my height yang cuma 5'1".... (tolonglah jangan gelakkan kak rose ya.... memang really putting on weight).....sebab tu la kena berdiet.... tapi x taula lama mana boleh bertahan.... x cuba x tau kan..... so today is the day.... harap2 no d scale tu akan berubah...... sekurang2nya kalau ada perubahan akan bertambah semangat nak meneruskan usaha ini....
Sebelum mulakan kena test bp dulu..... ok la tu kan... but still under medication.... ke suppose the reading kena rendah lagi.... doktor2 cyber tolong bagi nasihat sikit pada kak rose yang x pandai nih..... so... jom kita mulakan.....
bekpes.....1 slice toast,
2 ts peanut butter,
1 grape fruit
black tea or coffee
for lunch....1 slice toast,
4oz tuna in water (kalau x nak ada fishy smell just perahkan asam limau, potong bawang sikit dan cili merah, gaul rata)

yang ni dinner nyer..... banyak kan....1 cup long bean
1 slice cold meat
4 oz beetroot (yang ni kak rose x suka tuko ngan baked potato)
4 oz icecream (must be vanilla, tapi semalam g bli vanilla x de lak, amik vanilla lime)
1 small apple
p/s: only salt and pepper and no other seasoning plzzzzz -
So sapa2 yang terasa nak berdiet mari join kak rose kita sama2 cuba to shed the excess kg yang degil tu.....
while I'm on diet masak ni untuk dinner abang, nasi n ayam paprik je.... sempoikan.... akceli malas nak masak beria sbb sorang je nak makan..... busu dah g holiday d PD ngan udin....
