Rich in the Nutritional Powerhouse Vitamin C

Kalau lah boleh makan yang ni......gerammmm nak ngap je rasanya megi goreng ni..... eh.... sabo sabo..... resepi dari hana yang dia amik blackjack tu..... x rasa pun.... tapi ngences juga lak nengok nyer.....kak rose tambah toge ngan sotong.... untuk abang dinner malam tadi. Thanks tuk anda berdua dan izinkan kak rose kopipes resepinya.....
- 2 biji telur
- 2 ulas bawang putih - hana tmbh bwg merah n cili padi sket then tumbuk.
- 4 peket maggie perisa kari
- 2 peket perencah kari(perencah yg dlm maggie )
- 3~4 batang kacang panjang-potong dlm 3~4cm panjang.- x ltk! ganti sawi jer..
- 1/2 btg lobak merah-potong kecil memanjang
- 2 cawan air
- kicap sket - nih hana tmbh gak
- minyak untuk menumis
- utk hiasan:
- - daun bawang
- - bawang goreng
- - cili merah
- Panaskan sikit minyak dalam kuali. Masukkan telur dan kacau-kacau biar jadi scrambled egg. Angkat dan ketepikan.
- Ketuk-ketuk bawang putih dan cincang halus. Panaskan sikit minyak dalam kuali. Tumiskan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.. atau nampak perang.
- Kemudian masukkan perencah kari yg telah dicampur dgn sedikit air. Tumis sehingga keluar bau wangi.
- Masukkan sayur (bleh juga nk masukkan sayur2 lain) .Kacau-kacau sekejap dan masukkan air. Biarkan mendidih.
- Kemudian masukkan maggie. Patahkan maggie kepada 2 bahagian supaya senang nak lembik. Kacau biar semua serata dan maggie lembik. Kalau air dah kering tapi maggie masih lagi keras, bolehlah tambah sedikit air lagi.
- Akhir sekali masukkanlah scrambled egg tadi. Kacau rata.
- Angkat dan hias dengan bahan-bahan hias. Makanlah panas-panas.
