Ha.... hari ke 3 dah.... completed 1 set of diet with trimming formula.... eh eh... is it really a trimming one? I hope so..... weighing machine show the number at 132lb.... it is an achivement for my 3 days of dieting.....take a lot of plain water and do some exercises.... kak rose g brisk walk tiap pagi.... 3km/day.... lenguh juga jalan tu..... bepoloh2 den.....
Menu for 3rd day - bekpes
1 slice toast
1 boiled egg
black tea/coffee
..... itu je ya.... no additional apa apa lagi tau..... sampai lunch lak.....
Lunch
1 slice cheddar cheese
5 ritz biscuits
1 small apple
black tea/coffee
(where no quantity is given, there is no restriction other than common sense)
pandai-pandai ejas lah ya....nampak macam sikit je kan..... jangan curi-curi tambah ya....nanti diet kurang berkesan..... pesanan dari ehem....ehem....sendiri mau ingat lor.....
And dinner......
4 oz tuna in water
4 oz cauliflower
4oz beetroot
4 oz ice cream
half melon (rock/honeydew)
Alhamdullilah.... berjaya juga megkomplete kan cabaran ini.... kalau tengok menu... rasa macam tak cukup makan je.... but it's otherwise.....especially for the dinner..... selalu x abis koooo....
Banana pancake with strawberry filling..... ni kak rose x makan tau....menu tuk abang minum petang/dinner.... sbb balik keja dah lewat.... jadilah ianye tuk dinner...x pe kan.... asal kenyang.... memang si isteri ni malas nak masak....adussss.....sampai esok....bye.....
