Salam Gong Xi Fa Chai semua.... tentunya ramai yang dah balik dari bercutikan.... maklumlah esok dah nak stat keja.... apa pun ari ni kak rose buat kuih kaswi untuk minum petang setelah beberapa hari cui dari memasak.... resepi yang senang ni kak rose copy dari mesra.net.... lembut dan sedap, x manis sangat dan yang penting goyang2 gitu.....Bahan2
2 caw tepung gandum
1 caw tepung ubi
3/4 caw gula
1 caw gula merah
sedikit garam,
air kapur
5 caw air
cara
masak gula merah dan putih dengan sedikit air (part of 5 caw tadi), sejukkan.
satukan semua tepung masukkan sedikit garam, air kapur, air gula dan juga baki air tadi... kalau suka boleh bubuh sedikit kicap manis (untuk lebih hitam) kacau sebati dan tapiskan. kukuskan lebih kurang 45 minit dah siap.... salut dengan kelapa putih yang d campur sedikit garam...
