Masih berdiet

Salam dan selamat tengahari semua.... harap semua dah makan tengahari, dan kak rose pun baru saja selesai. Alhamdullilah... dah kenyang..... dan ni nak share menu lunch kak rose kejap ni. ikan tenggiri goreng asam (resepi ada kat sini) dan sayur campur je.... masih x amik nasik....walaupun x banyak berubah tapi stagnant tu kira ok la kan.... (actually really hoping for more n more reduction!) kena banyak bersabar la kot, apa pun yang penting kak rose masih nak teruskan program ni selagi terdaya..... dah x larat nanti give-up je la. ohhhh.... how I miss roti bakar yang sapu butter tu dan nescafe! tajuk kat atas tu masih berdiet tapi kepala dok pk roti bakar sapu butter dan segala macam yang sewaktu dengannya.... itukah sebab selalu kantoi?

ikan tenggiri n mix vege = celeri, carrot, red n green capsicum, kubis & lot of udang

bekpes pagi tadi - telor dadar gulung + carrot, zucchini n mayonis.

Actually dah x lalu nak makan telor tiap2 hari.... tapi apakan daya... tu yang buat macam2 bagi nampak appealing biar ada selera nak makan.... kalau rebus je macam dah x leh nak telan....(walaupun makan yg putih je) jadi kenalah keratip sikit....k lah pas ni nak sambung tengok cerita 1 liter tears.... comel sungguh si Aya tu.
