masak sup sempoi untuk kak rose yg malas nak masak... hirup kuah dengan nasik panas2 sedap gak... pas tu buat pulak sambal kicap jawa.... mmg ngam la pada kak rose..... sendiri masak dan sendiri yang nak makan kan.... asalkan perut kenyang. resepinya kak rose copy dari Myr oleh intanredha. mekasihya share resepi simple nih!Bahan-bahan
- 3 kelar ikan merah
- 4 ulas bawang merah kecil (dimayang)
- 2 ulas bawang putih (dimayang)
- Setengah peket rempah sup serbuk (adabi)
- rempah tumis (yang ada bunga lawang, kayu manis, bunga cengkih dan pelaga)
- lobak merah dan daun sup.
- 2 mangkuk air
Cara-cara
- Cuci bersih ikan dengan air asam.
- Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan tumis tadi.
- Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih yang dimayang tadi hingga wangi dan layu.
- Masukkan halia yang dimayang
- Masukkan rempah sup, biar sebentar dan masukkan air
- Apabila sup telah mendidih, masukkan ikan, dan garam serta lobak merah. Jangan masak ikan terlalu lama.
sedap ^^ tun jarang2 jumpa ikan merah. tiap kali beli mesti wat sup =)
