selamat malam semua..... sebelum tido nak gak masukkan entry makan makan hari ni.... masih tak amik nasi... kiranya ni dah hari kelapan tak makan nasik lah....harap2 masih boleh bertahan walaupun kadar penurunan sangatlah slow..... but I will take it as a challange to go further! cewah... macam beria2 je kan.... ialah to motivate diri sendiri lah kan...... anyway this is the photo of my breakfast and lunch tadi.... dinner nya cuma makan sup sayur je.... and a lot of plain water..... asik nak g toilet jek.
prawn salad=prawn, broccoli n tomato
and for lunch I made this prawn salad lah kononya.... prawn celur cekejap, broccoli n tomato a little bit of salt n lemon juice....kalau nak pedas boleh bubuh cili api potong halus2..... toss together n mmmm nyam nyam.
