Chinese celery with carrot & bean curd stir fry

huh.... panjangnya nama masakan resepi dari Love nih.... berbelit lidah nak menyebutnya....ni sebenarnya ada lebihan tauhu yang kak rose buat tauhu sumbat semalam tu..... dan jadi lauk untuk lunch ari ni..... akceli ni sayur macam yang kak rose selalu buat tu cumanya ditambah dengan bean curd tu dan sos hoisin.... selalu masak x pernah guna pun sos ni.... jadi bila ada resepi yang menggunakan sos ni kak rose pun cubalah.... Love, tq for the superb recipe n kak rose nak cnp kat sini ya....

Ingredients :~
  • 1 carrot ~ cut lengthwise
  • few stalks of chinese celery ~ cleaned and cut lengthwise
  • 2 firm tofus ~ cut into 6 and fried
  • 3 garlic cloves ~ chopped
  • 2 cm ginger ~ chopped
  • 1 onion ~ sliced
  • 1/2 capsicum ~ sliced
  • 1-2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
Cooking Method :~
  1. Heat oil. Saute garlic, ginger, onion and capsicum till fragrant.
  2. Add carrot, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and salt. Stir together awhile.
  3. Add celery and fried bean curd, give a quick stir and dish out. Done

makan dengan nasi panas2 dan ikan jeket sumbat sambal kelapa..... hmmmm Alhamdullilah kenyang...... (camna ner la kak rose nak diet nih.....)

  2. Love, celery, green capsicum n carrot is a must stock for me...i dont know why, but I really like those sayur.... sllu buat mixed vege je....ratah je pun sedap.
