sarapan pagi yang kononnya healthy berakfast la ni... susu omega plus, nescafe o kosong, lempeng pisang 2 bahan dan buah2 yang semuanya manisssss... healthy kah itu?
dan minum petang pulak... store bought potato wedges dan fries, stok yang sentiasa ada dan tinggal nak goreng jer... memula tu fikir nak goreng guna air fryer, tapi kurengggg kan rasa dia kalau goreng tanpa minyak ni... so deep fry jer la dan cicah pulak dengan cili sos. sooooo unhealthy kan. air pure sunkist juice dan buah tembikai, apple merah yang crunchy dan jambu air pebret. tak pe esok kita pergi brisk walk dan make sure capai 10k steps target! ada la alasan untuk nak makan yang unheathy pun kan..
