The most fabulous banana cake

Asalamualaikum dan salam pagi isnin yang sejukkkk....
hujan pagi yang buatkan tuan tanah tak dapat nak berlenggang mak limah kat padang
sudahnya, pepagi dah ngadap komputer sambil tunggu mesin habis buat kerja
jadilah entry pasal kek pisang ni...

 meh kak rose kongsikan resepinya...
 
Ingredients :~
  • 110gm plain flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 very ripe large banana (about 1/2 to 3/4 cups when mashed) ~ I used 2 bananas
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) butter
  • 50ml sour cream ~ I used buttermilk (kak rose guna 50ml susu segar+ 1tsp cuka)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
THE MOST FABULOUS BANANA CAKE Bahan-bahan 110 gm tepung gandum 1 biji telur 1 1/2 sudu teh baking powder 1/2 sudu teh garam halus 1/4 sudu teh baking soda 1 biji pisang masak saiz besar(1/2 -3/4 cawan bila di hancurkan) 3/4 cawan gula kastor 1/4 cawan mentega 50 ml sour cream/buttermilk (50ml susu segar campur 1 sudu teh cuka) 1 sudu teh esen vanila Cara membuatnya Campurkan tepung gandum,baking powder,garam dan baking soda dan ayak bersama.Ketepikan. Hancurkan pisang.Pukul gula dan telur,tambahkan pisang hancur. Kemudian tambahkan mentega dan pukul lagi lebih kurang seminit sehingga adunan jadi pekat dan berkrim. Tambahkan buttermilk dan esen vanila dan pukul rata. Tambahkan bahan kering ke dalam adunan dan kaup -balik sampai rata.Jangan terlebih gaul. Masukkan ke dalam loyang atau guna cawan kertas.Bakar dengan suhu 180'c selama 20-30 minit atau sehingga bahagian atas nampak golden brown bergantung pada oven masing-masing.

Method :~
  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork. Make sure the banana is really ripe.
  3. Beat sugar and egg, add mashed banana. Then add butter and beat for another minute until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  4. Next, add the buttermilk and vanilla extract and beat until just blended.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and fold until just blended. Don't overdo the mixing part.
  6. Pour into greased pan and smooth out the top layer evenly.
  7. Bake at 180C for about 40 mins or until the top turns golden brown and the cake passes the skewer test. Remove and let cool completely.
