SWEET & SPICY CHICKEN OAT
Ingredients:
500 g boneless chicken
1 cup Quaker Oats Quick Cook
½ cup corn flour ~ k.nor gantikan dgn tepung beras (kak rose guna tpg jagung)
Pinch of salt
White pepper to taste
1 egg beaten
2 tsp. fish sauce
Cooking Oil
Curry leaves
5 tsp. Chili Thai Sauce
1 tsp. lemon squeeze ~ k.nor gantikan dgn perahan limau kasturi
Garnishing
2 cloves shallot, finely chopped
1 stalk of coriander leave, finely chopped (kak rose x de... so x letak)
5 chili padi, sliced finely ~ k.nor lebihkan
1 carrot, sliced finely
½ orange; thinly sliced ~ k.nor gantikan dgn parutan mangga muda
1 tsp. sesame seeds ~ lupa nak letak.. :)
1 sudu besar gula ~ k.nor tambah½ cup corn flour ~ k.nor gantikan dgn tepung beras (kak rose guna tpg jagung)

Directions
Add Quaker Oat Quick Cook together with corn flour in 1 bowl. Stir thoroughly & put aside
Cut chicken by lengthwise inside measure ½ cm. Marinate chicken with black pepper, pinch of salt & Fish sauce. Add egg & stir well
Dip chicken into oat / corn flour mixture.
Heat cooking oil in saucepan. Deep-fry the chicken with curry leaves till cooked. Drain and set aside.
Add in the cooked chicken, carrot, shallot, coriander leave, sesame seeds & chili padi into dressing bowl.
Use the oranges to decorate the dish on the side
Mix well Thai chili Sauce & Lemon squeeze. Pour into the dressing bowl. Serve immediately
Cara K.Nor utk garnishing:
Hidang ayam dlm pinggan dan picitkan sos cili thai keatasnya.
Kemudian gaulkan carrot, mangga muda, cili padi, daun ketumbar, perahan limau kasturi dan gula dalam sebuah bekas hingga sebati dan letak atas ayam.
Siap utk dinikmati :)
