meh minum petang dengan lempeng udang nih..... selalunya buat cucur udang je tapi kali ni teringin nak cuba buat pancake pulak bila dah tertengok resepinya kat rumah My Kitchen Snippets tu....not bad la, tp pada tekak kak rose lah lebih enak buat cucuq udang.... but for a change n x dak minyak2..... baik untuk kesihatan kan.....makan cicah ngan cili sos macam cucuq jugak. meh tengok resepinya yg kak rose cnp dari rumah Gertrude Patane.... Thank you sooo much for sharing the recipe....
Ingredients :
1 1/2 cup of flour
1 1/2 cup of water
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp of sugar
150 gram of shrimps (roughly chop)
Some diced green onions
Some chop cilantro (kak rose gantikan ngan daun sup)
2 small chillies (chopped)
1 small onions (cut small)
Methods.
1) In a small bowl mix flour, salt, sugar and pepper together. Make a well in the center and add in egg and water. Mix it into a smooth batter.
2) Add in shrimps, diced onions, spring onions, cilantro and chillies.
3) Set aside for 30 minutes.
4) Pour a little bit of oil in the non-stick pan. Just enough to oil the pan.
5) When the oil is hot pour 1/4-1/2 cup of batter (depend on the size of your pan) and pan fry the pancake until both side are golden brown. Repeat until batter is finished.
6) Serve warm with chili sauce.
makan ngan cili sos.... nyum nyum....
